September 2015: A New Job, A Bit of Baking and Fab Events!

Unlike August, September was a much quieter month on the blogging front for me. I started working at a new company and so was without a laptop for a while between jobs. Which made blogging near impossible! It was a very strange feeling – for the past nine months I’ve been posting nearly every weekday, so I felt weirdly out of the loop. August 2015: A house, a kitten, and lots of blogging!

Hello all! As I’m posting quite a lot on the blog now, I thought it might be nice to do a little round-up of the things I’ve written about at the end of each month, collated in one post. So here’s my first one for August! And it has been a busy month! We exchanged, completed and moved into our very first house in Tooting, and at the weekend, we got our first kitten, Dexter (yes, named after the TV show serial killer!) A month of firsts, big expenditure and lots and lots of packing boxes (which Dexter seems to be having a lot of fun with!) I’ve still somehow managed to keep up with blogging, alongside my day job, so here’s what I wrote about on the blog this month!
